Based on a social enterprise model, all the income we generate goes back into funding our local community projects and initiatives.

Our vision is ‘to be a leader in transforming communities so that all children, young people and families can truly belong, contribute and thrive.’

Our work covers a wide range of areas including; accommodation, housing advice, counselling, childcare, health advice, youth clubs, volunteering and alternative education.

We are committed to excellence

We have an excellent track record of providing services to people with a range of needs across the county. We regularly adapt our services to help ensure we meet the needs of our community and the strategic priorities of the local authority. We strive to provide a consistent supply of high-quality housing and effective support.

Over 300 people every year use our supported housing, training and wellbeing services. Last year our supported housing team helped nearly 500 people to move on to independent accommodation.
