In response to a rising number of rough sleepers, working in partnership with Sedgemoor District Council, we are looking for a Homeless Support Enabler (Move On) who will play a key part in supporting residents to enable them to move towards a positive housing pathway with the goal of securing their own independent safe and sustainable accommodation.

The Rough Sleeper Navigator Inreach & Outreach role will play a part in providing “Inreach” support to those who have been accommodated through the “Everyone In” scheme, so that they are able to sustain their accommodation and early interventions and referrals can be put in place for any identified issues.

This will involve providing holistic support, creating trusting and professional relationships with the individuals being supported. This role will involve working very closely alongside external agencies and with North Somerset Council’s Homeless Prevention Team.
