In response to a rising number of rough sleepers, working in partnership with Somerset Council, we are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Support Enabler who will play a key part in ensuring that individuals feel supported, encouraged and able to safely sustain their move into independent accommodation and thereafter.
The Tenancy Sustainment Enabler will work closely with the supported provision workers to ensure that there is a smooth transition of support provided. Creating positive relationships with clients, landlords and other services the Tenancy Sustainment Support Enabler will role model, teach and encourage behaviours to clients to ensure that their independent accommodation is managed effectively with a long term positive outcome in mind.

The Accommodation and Support Enabler role will be to support residents in developing the skills to move on into independent accommodation.
Our service is key within the support package which is provided by YMCA Dulverton Group to support young people in securing independent accommodation and ensuring they have the skills to safely sustain their independent accommodation, long term.
