We are looking for Accommodation and Support Enabler’s to work within our Highbridge young people’s housing project. Our teams take an asset based approach to actively encourage positive progression for all the individuals we work alongside. Creating professional, positive and trusting relationships will be key to working together with every resident in overcoming the barriers which they face whilst they make steps to move on to their independence.  Previous experience of supporting individuals in youth services or housing would be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Homeless Support and Accommodation Service Manager to join us at an exciting time of YMCA Dulverton Groups development. You will be instrumental in shaping and overseeing a service which is Values led with a multi-agency approach and in line with our strategic plan.

You will be directly responsible for leading on a supported accommodation project, including line management responsibility for the engagement leads, and ensuring that every individual that is referred to our service has their needs met. You will build professional and positive relationships with stakeholders and the local community plus monitor and report on the service delivery’s impact and outcomes. You will ensure that every contact you have with individuals in service, your team, stakeholders alongside community members, counts.
